EFFECTIVE 21 SEPTEMBER 2026 · EARLY BETA
Beta terms of use
Scopeflow is an independent beta operated by VijeyaHasen. Contact: hasenhamesh15@gmail.com.
The service
Scopeflow lets adult professionals record project scopes, create version-specific review links, and collect approval or change requests. Features may change during testing. Keep independent copies of important project records; uninterrupted availability and recovery of every record are not guaranteed.
Your content and decisions
You retain ownership of your content and permit its processing and display as needed to provide the workflow you request. Only enter material you are entitled to use and share. Check all project details before saving or sending a link. A review decision records the name supplied by the reviewer; Scopeflow does not verify that person’s identity or authority. The service is not a verified electronic-signature service and does not provide legal advice or determine the enforceability of an agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate clients, submit decisions without authority, access another account, share API credentials publicly, or use the service for illegal activity or abusive traffic. You are responsible for the recipients you give review links to and the agents you authorize. An API token permits scope creation, reading, and revision in its account until revoked or expired.
Beta limits and pricing
The current beta is free and does not collect payments or renew subscriptions. It supports at most 100 projects per account and 100 versions per project. The displayed $9 Solo and $19 Studio monthly plans are proposals for a later launch. Paid service will require a separate purchase flow with its applicable terms; using this beta does not enroll you in a paid plan.
Privacy and support
Read the privacy notice for data handling and deletion requests. Contact the operator for support or to stop using the service and request deletion. Access may be suspended to address abuse or a security issue. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Meta relationship
Scopeflow is not a Meta product and does not claim Meta endorsement or connector approval. Muse availability and integration requirements are controlled by Meta.
